How to Claim your Institute ?

1. Search your institute to claim by typing the name of the institute on Search Bar like "Delhi Public School" and click search or hit enter

2. If you find your institution in the "Search Result Page", then click on it for you be able to access the information to view the "Details Page"

3. All institute information is available on Institute Details Page with an option for Institution owners to claim these institutes by clicking on "Claim this Institution" for managing information of the institutes

4. To Claim your Institute, you would require Login with valid credentials, to make sure brainybatch is able to link the claimed institution (School/College) to your account

5. If your login email address is same as what is saved in Brainybatch systems, simply a verification link would be sent to the email address for you identify as an authorised owner of the institute

If you have any different email address than what is saved in Brainybatch systems, we need to verify your identity by requesting you to download & fill "Brainybatch Claim Form". Follow the steps as mentioned in the Instruction to claim your institute

6. Fill the form carefully with all information

7. After filling the form (stamping, signing and sharing landline numbers), please scan & upload the same filled form by clicking on "Upload Form" for manual verification

8. After your successful form submission, we'll verify your information by calling and emailing to the same Institute and authorise the same within 24hrs after positively verified
