HRD Ministry Launches Two-Day Workshop Program On School Education
For the very time in history the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource and Development (MHRD) launched a two-day National Workshop on School Education on Monday, 7th November, 2017. The reason behind this is to premeditate on key subject matters in the education sector by bringing the stakeholders from various NGOs, private sector and individuals. Apart from Union Human Resource Development (HRD) Ministry there were present various experts from private and government field.
For the very time in history the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource and Development (MHRD) launched a two-day National Workshop on School Education on Monday, 7th November, 2017. The reason behind this is to premeditate on key subject matters in the education sector by bringing the stakeholders from various NGOs, private sector and individuals. Apart from Union Human Resource Development (HRD) Ministry there were present various experts from private and government field.
The workshop will focus on the topic of Digital Technology. "The education is not a part to distinguish it among NGOs, private players and government bodies. The matter is, we need to understand what is good and cheap in digital technology", said by the Union Minister Prakash Javadekar during the inaugural event.
He further added that the day is not far-flung when there will be digital blackboards in every class room of the nation. He has shown our future generations the hope and assurance of digital blackboards in all schools.
The National Workshop will be poised by the Union HRD Minister, Mr. Prakash Javadekar, the Minister of State for School Education & Literacy, Mr. Upendra Kushwaha and the Minister of State for Higher Education, Dr. Satya Pal Singh. Above and beyond the three ministers, the workshop will also have other distinguished notables in the Secretary and Special Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy & other Senior Officers of MHRD as well Principal Secretaries or Secretaries of States.
